At Prisim we recognise we are all unique, our bodies are different with its own set of limitations & strength which is why we offer a variety of yoga styles. We have a diverse set of teachers whose class focus ranges from dynamic sequences, meditation to live music, partner poses, asanas with props, inversions, balancing postures to pranayama (breathing practice). Regular practice improves flexibility, inner strength, breath awareness, and deepens the mind & body connection. We constantly collaborate with different instructors to provide new experiences.
